The School District of Prentice currently has a vacancy on its staff for a high school varsity boys’ basketball coach. The position is to begin with the start of the 2024-2025 winter sports season. Knowledge of team strategies and individual foundational skills development necessary to continuing a successful high school basketball program is required.  Previous successful basketball coaching experience at the high school level is a plus.  Related teacher certifications are helpful to an individual’s candidacy.  The successful candidate for this position will be a highly motivated person who understands the unique role athletics plays in the school program, and in the current and future lives of student athletes.
